Great, fast service. I went in for a replacement battery, they checked my phone first to see if I really needed one as they didn’t want me to waste my money!

Great service, had my battery replaced in my iPhone 6. Battery was ok but the screen failed after about 4 hours of the battery being replaced. Went back and David replaced the screen under warranty. Fantastic thanks.

I was thrilled with the service and professionalism of David at Ballarat iPhones. He was polite and incredibly thorough and efficient. David was able to repair my heavily cracked screen in less than one hour which was impressive. The follow up email a week after the repair was so genuine and kind and very much appreciated.

I found these guys via a personal recommendation from a friend. Really happy with their skilled and prompt service. They fixed my issue with my iPad and their price was very competitive. Very accessible, close to CBD with parking right out the front. They are also very friendly, knowledgeable and do not treat females like dunces, much appreciated.

I had my phone battery replaced and it works better than ever now. Should have done it months ago when I was charging my phone two or three times a day. The service was very friendly and fast. I would recommend them to everyone. Very satisfied customer.

Took my phone in when I had a small crack at the top of the screen. Service was so professional! And it only took 25 minutes. David was so lovely to chat to, and reassured me that the screen was an easy fix! Very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back if there are any concerns in the future 🙂

I would highly recommend Ballarat iPhones. I was in town after traveling 1.5 hours, done a quick search and found these guys, and because of reviews read, decided to go here. Was very impressed with the service, 30 minute turn around, just walked in off the street and was able to get my repairs done on the spot. Very friendly and great to deal with! Will definitely travel here in future for any repairs

I rang David to see how much a new battery would cost for my Parents iPad after Apple had quoted over $360 to repair as it is out of warranty. David quoted me $120 and was able to give me a precise date for when it would be ready. I was so pleasantly surprised by such friendly professional service and by this young man’s knowledge. This is no backyard business but a very well run one with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. I even got a 6 month warranty and the iPad was returned cleaner than it went in. They will get all my business from now on.

I wonder how many people buy their kids a new iPhone because the one they have has a poor battery or isn’t working properly. I rang these guys, took the phone over, gave it to them for an hour and $55 later the phone has a new battery. (iPhone 5).
Kids are stoked, I’m happy. People were super friendly and professional. Cannot fault the whole thing. Highly recommend them.

Great service in repairing the screen of my sons iPad. I took it in on Saturday morning and picked it up on Monday evening, meaning it only missed one day of school! The price was a lot lower than I expected too. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Initially the home button wasn’t quite working properly after screen replacement but speedy communication and wonderful customer service had it all fixed when we went back in. Highly recommend these guys. Speedy and high quality service.

I previously had my ipad 2 repaired twice after i was careless and it was done beautifully and quickly. However i had my samsung galaxy note3 repaired with a screen that was taken off another phone, (so a secondhand screen) and it cracked within 2 days even though i had been so careful with it. I returned a week later, after having called and explaining what had happened, and after driving over an hour to go back and get it fixed properly they told me they wouldnt. So much for my 90 days warranty.

We were in Ballarat on holidays from SA.
We googled iPhone repairs in Ballarat and found Ballarat iPhones.
Plugged the address in to the GPS - found them - delivered the iPad.
All fixed within the day.
